Refunds and returns
Describe when you will take a puppy back and how much you refund (for example XX% of the purchase price, excluding delivery fees and taxes) and up to what age.
List the conditions for a return, for example that the puppy is in good health and on a vet-recommended vaccination and deworming schedule.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 30 days, first check the payment method you used, then contact your card company or bank, as it can take time for a refund to post.
